Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)

PSR is a community based program available to both adults and children with mental illness/emotional disturbance. The goal of PSR is to achieve independence through developing skills of symptom management as well as life skills necessary to improve functioning in the community.

Eligibility Requirements: PSR is available to those who qualify through the Department of Health and Welfare. Clients are required to have enhanced Medicaid coverage as well as a qualifying mental health diagnosis, and must meet medical necessity requirements. Contact us to see if you qualify.
